Brightening my rainy day today with some of Mr. Sato’s beautiful handcrafted wood work. That tiny dinky dip is in a hand carved ginkgo ink stand matching my larger one. And the small oblique pen holder? It is perfect for travel calligraphy and also from @garagewoodworkingjp. The best part? Mr. Sato and his wife packs each order with lots of TLC and mails with lovely Japanese stamps, pen pal style! #supporthandmade #supportsmallbusiness

Loaded up this rad palette for road trips tonight! 😍😊 Took weeks to finalize the colors I’d use for urban sketching, the great outdoors, the sea, all seasons, and pretty much any time inspo hits! Thanks to the @arttoolkit, I have 21 colors in the palm of my hands! Can’t wait to paint on the road again! 🚘
